Each of our educational resource reviews comes with an overall rating. Typically there will be a small write up in the post itself helping to explain each rating.

Membership: There are various forms of membership, from completely free to multi-tier paid plans. Memberships may seem daunting at first, but it can be worthwhile.

Easy to Navigate: Time is everything when it comes to teaching and if it takes more time to navigate a website then it is to make materials ourselves, then even the holy grail of teaching material websites will be lost in the spaghetti navigation. From the moment the homepage loads, knowing exactly where to go and how to get there is paramount.

Site Usefulness: A site usefulness can come in a variety of ways. We will mainly use depth and scope as it relates to the subject material available.

Prep needed for Materials: How much preparation is required before you can actually use the material on the site. Can it be used as is, or do you need to do a little of your own materials first?

Active Webpage: A site with useful materials is always great, but a site that adds new materials and improves existing materials is even better.

Overall Rating: A simple averaging of all the categories to get an overall score for a given resource.
